Appointment Scheduling Program
Triton College Testing Center has begun a new process for scheduling CLEP, DSST, Workkeys, Proctor services and online and make-up exams. Students must register online for their testing appointments instead of making appointments by phone or in person. Students must schedule their exam at least 24 hours in advance for the time they want to begin their test. The new online scheduling system will allow students to schedule their own appointments and make changes online; the system is available 24-hours a day for your convenience.

Placement Testing is still done on a walk-in basis.

Placement Testing
All entering students, regardless of educational intent, are required to complete the institution’s math, reading and writing assessment or show alternative documentation. This assessment must be done prior to enrollment in any credit-bearing courses.

Students scoring in the developmental range must enroll in the appropriate developmental reading/writing courses, preferably within the first semester of attendance. Students are allowed one retest each year. Scores are valid for two years. If the student does not enroll in appropriate coursework within two years, the student must retake the test prior to registration. The placement tests are given on a walk-in basis.
