2025-2026 Federal Direct Loan Eligibility Review Waitlist

The Loan Specialist will review your file for Federal loan eligibility and assign you the Loan Request Form Task on your Student Forms account once it becomes available in mid-July.

You will receive an email notice once the Loan Request Form Task is assigned via your Triton.edu email address.

Provide the following information to submit your request for a Federal Direct Loan Form.

Colleague ID can be found on your student ID and student portal. Please enter only numbers and no less/no more than 7 digits. Include  all leading zeros. Alpha characters, blanks and spaces are not accepted.
